Prickly City: It’s all about ‘me’…and my phone.

Have we become too absorbed in our phones and ourselves?  I live in an urban setting and everyday I encounter people who are looking down at their phone and not watching where they are walking and have to squeeze by folks blocking part of the sidewalk as they take their selfies. My favorite are the tables in restaurants where all the occupants are on their individual phones and not conversing with each other.

So the answer is ‘yes’.
